Objectives:

Primary Objective:

  • Each team must locate and retrieve a hidden dossier containing nuclear launch codes before the opposing team.
  • Locate the nuclear football and secure it from the opposing team.
  • Ensure the safe extraction of a crashed pilot or capture the pilot.

Secondary Objectives:

  • Eliminate ADMIN members to collect coins.
  • Complete stealth missions (details to be determined).
  • Capture key points to gain spawn advantages.

Rules and Regulations

Hit Rules:

  • Standard airsoft hit rules apply. Once hit, players must sit down and count to 60 seconds before returning to their respawn area.
  • Limited Medics per team

Ammo Limitations:

  • To be determined.

Stealth Operations:

  • As this is a Cold War scenario, stealth and strategy are encouraged over direct engagement.
  • Points will be awarded for completing objectives without being detected.

Uniforms and Gear:

  • Participants should wear period-appropriate military gear.
    • NATO forces: Western-style uniforms.
    • Warsaw Pact forces: Eastern Bloc military attire, Russian Gorcas, Green Camo.

Equipment:

Guns:

  • Encourage the use of period-appropriate airsoft replicas.
    • NATO: M14s and early M16 models.
    • Warsaw Pact: AK-47s.

Communication:

  • Limit radio usage to squad leaders to simulate the communication difficulties of the era.

FPS/Joule Limits:

  • Side Arm (if shooting over 450 FPS)

Joule Limits:

  • All guns will be chronoed.
    • 0-350 FPS (or 1.14 Joules): 0-foot minimum engagement distance.
      • 20-foot minimum distance for full auto.
    • 351-450 FPS (or 1.88 Joules): 50-foot minimum engagement distance.
      • Semi-auto only.
    • 451-550 FPS (or 3.34 Joules): 100-foot minimum engagement distance.
      • Semi-auto only and must have a sidearm. Requires admin approval.

LMGs:

  • Allowed to be fired at full auto.
    • 0-350 FPS: Full auto allowed at 20 feet.
    • 351-450 FPS: Full auto allowed at 70 feet.

Night Game Rules:

  • Tracer and tracer BBs required!
    • Must use a full load of tracer BBs; do not mix standard BBs with tracers. Alternatively, you may use a gun-mounted flashlight instead of a tracer.
